Just in case you were fearing It’s Too Late to go and see Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, don’t worry! You will certainly Feel The Earth Move as this ground breaking production will be going on a UK tour in 2017, commencing at the Bradford Alhambra.

Based on the career and early life of songwriter Carole King, the musical soundtrack features songs written by King herself, telling her own story through her own words. Beautiful: The Carole King Musical tells the inspiring, true story of King’s remarkable rise to stardom, from being part of a hit songwriting team with her husband Gerry Goffin, to her relationship with fellow writers and best friends Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann, to becoming one of the most successful solo acts in popular music history.

The show has found success internationally, with Grammy, Tony and Olivier awards to its name. Following its run on Broadway and in the West End, the show will be coming to major UK cities, including Belfast, Cardiff, Bimingham, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and many more. On the news of the 2017 tour, producers Paul Blake, Mike Bosner and others commented:

We are truly thrilled that Beautiful will be touring the UK next year. The response from audiences in London has, and continues to be amazing. We know that the rest of the country will take this great show with the most wonderful songs to its heart.
